We are a legal firm based in Wroclaw, POLAND. All the partners of the Pretor Law Office hold a title "adwokat" which enables them to represent our clients in all Polish courts both in civil and criminal cases. The title "adwokat" is an equivalent to the UK "barrister", "solicitor" or US "attorney" title.

Our Law firm offers legal help and legal representation for individuals and for businesses (entrepreneur) in the field of Polish and European Law. We represent our clients before Polish courts of all instances as well as before Polish Supreme Court. However, our services are not limited to legal representation only. We do advise our clients in various fields of law, including commercial and civil law.

We also support foreign investors who wants to start business in Poland or are already present here and require legal assistance (representation in shareholders meetings, legal help in company conflicts).
Our Law Office was based in 1994. It currently has two offices in Wroclaw but thanks to a wide cooperation with highly reputable law offices we offer legal services in all Polish regions.

We regard ourselves as a law office offering our clients a comprehensive range of services, from support in business activities to representation in all matters of civil, criminal (penal) and commercial law and many administrative matters with courts and governement and self - government agencies as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings.

Our workforce consists of 21 lawyers, including 8 advocates (associates of the Pretor Law Office), 4 cooperating advocates, 2 consulting lawyers (academic teachers) and 7 junior advocates. We would like to emphasize that we cooperate with two consulting companies in all areas where lawyer's services are not sufficient. This includes economic consulting, economic analysis, economic advising, capital investment and tax consulting.
